Overview
The OpenRubyRMK is going to be a free and open-source RPG creation program.
This project does not belong to Pegasus αlphα, it's just hosted here until it has it's own server.
We appreciate each and every contribution to the OpenRubyRMK. If you want to help developing it, you can open a thread in the forums or visit us at the IRC channel #OpenRubyRMK at freenode.net (but please note we're all tight on time and cannot be online the whole day). You can also drop a mail to Quintus.
Note that we aren't looking for just experienced programmers. We just expect you to know Ruby's basics (you know what #each is, don't you?) and be confident enough to say "yes I did this" and continue to maintain and improve code you wrote. During development you will learn all things necessary for developing the OpenRubyRMK. As soon as we're in (bidirectional) contact, we're going to give you write access to our source code repository.
The sourcecode is split up into subprojects (see below for a list), the most important ones are the GTK Frontend and the Backend.
- Subprojects: Common, Game-Engine, GTK Frontend, Karfunkel, OpenRubyRMBot, Backend
